When adjusting the valve actuator, if the electric actuator knows the position of the gate valve in advance, and if it knows that the gate valve is in the fully closed position, adjust the "fully closed" position first. First, manually turn the gate valve in the open direction, such as half or one turn on the stem.

Then send the power to press the "on" button. Check the steering. If the electric actuator of the back corner stroke of the open valve button is pressed, the steering of the stem is the same as that of the valve stem when manually opening the valve, indicating that the motor phase sequence is the same as that of the electric controller of the valve. At this point, the stroke control mechanism of the gate valve can be adjusted to the full closed position. After the full closed position is adjusted, the full open position of the gate valve can be adjusted. At this point, when opening the gate valve of intelligent electric actuator, count the number of turns of the valve stem to know whether to reach the "full open" position. If it is an electric gate valve of DN500, its stem tooth distance is 8ram, and the stem turns once to open 8ram. When fully open, the gate valve plate shall move up 500ram, so the stem shall rotate 500/8 =62 when fully open. Five laps. At this point, press the open valve button to 63 circles and the valve will reach the "full open" position, and adjust the stroke controller of the power station special control valve of the valve electric device, so that the "full open" position can be operated by micro switch.
